Ryan Windham
Co-founder
Ryan has 20+ years of experience as a founder, operator, advisor, and investor. He's based in San Diego, California and has lived, worked, and studied across the US and Europe.
His operating experience includes Corporate Development at Websense (now Forcepoint - acquired by Raytheon for $1.9B), Cybersecurity at F5, CEO at Cedexis (acquired by Citrix), CEO at AppviewX, EIR at Madrona Venture Labs, and Founder/CEO at Zeitworks. He is currently VP, Product Management at Imperva.
Ryan has a BSc in Business from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an MBA from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania.
When he’s not working, Ryan enjoys conducting science experiments with his curious son Benjamin and teaching him how to read superhero books.
Ross Paul
Co-founder
Ross has 25+ years of experience as a founder, operator, advisor, and investor. He's lived, worked, and studied in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia and is currently based in Vancouver, Canada.
His operating experience includes Founder/CTO at Onvia ($1.5B Nasdaq IPO - now Deltek), Venture Associate at DN Capital, Product at Websense (now Forcepoint - acquired by Raytheon for $1.9B), BizDev at AVG ($900M Nasdaq IPO), Investor, Advisor and COO at Wazoku, GTM and Global Ops at Galvanize (acquired by Diligent Corp for $1B), Investor, Board Member and Growth at LemonStand (acquired by Mailchimp), BizDev at Mailchimp (acquired by Intuit for $12B).
Ross has a BTech in IT from Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU), and an MBA from Imperial College London. He has volunteered his time on the KPU Program Advisory Board for Computer Science and Information Technology and in the past as a startup mentor with the BC Tech Association.
A husband and dad of 2 kids, Ross enjoys cycling, skiing, hiking and travel in his spare time. He is also a part-time taxi driver to and hockey/swim fan of his kids.
